Mobile Messenger and Unwiredtec Inc merge
pioneering business models
Mobile Messenger Pty Ltd today announced the completion
of its acquisition of Unwiredtec Inc. Mobile Messenger
will incorporate Unwiredtec's products into its content
delivery and management systems. The acquisition allows
Mobile Messenger Pty Ltd to provide a wider range of
content services and respond rapidly to the needs of
their clients. Unwiredtec's core business is producing
content management and conversion platforms.
