Mobile Messenger and Unwiredtec Inc merge pioneering business models

Mobile Messenger Pty Ltd today announced the completion of its acquisition of Unwiredtec Inc. Mobile Messenger will incorporate Unwiredtec's products into its content delivery and management systems. The acquisition allows Mobile Messenger Pty Ltd to provide a wider range of content services and respond rapidly to the needs of their clients. Unwiredtec's core business is producing content management and conversion platforms.

Mobile Messenger facilitates all aspects of mobile phone entertainment - from concept, creative, delivery, technology, billing, customer service to analysis. The company provides a complete managed service to their clients. After only 6 years of operation they are one of the fastest growing players in this expanding industry.

After building a solid foundation in Australia, Mobile Messenger are now expanding their horizons and scope around the world. With expanding operations in New York, Canada, New Zealand, India and a winning business model, this dynamic company is growing at a rapid rate.

New York, NY-based Unwiredtec, Inc. and its subsidiaries have been developing cutting-edge mobile entertainment software since 1999. Unwiredtec's adaptation software Enterflex and Ringtone Creator helps its 800 customers - content distributors and aggregators - transcode more than a million ringtones daily.

Their software is now used in almost every country where mobile networks exist.

On the acquisition, Mobile Messenger’s Chief Executive Officer, Steve Taylor: “We are a competitive force in the mobile entertainment industry. This acquisition proves that our focus is on the future and areas that we can expand. We strongly believe that our business merged with Unwiredtec’s mobile content technologies can only lead to future success.”

“There are not a lot of companies offering the complete solution that Mobile Messenger provides. We are now in a position to provide our clients everything they need to generate revenue from mobile entertainment. It’s an exciting time for the company”, continued Taylor.

“We are very excited about becoming a part of a large Mobile Messenger family”, says Maxim Kraynov, Unwiredtec’s CEO. “This acquisition will help us evaluate our products and services in real-world conditions, eliminating the middleman in the testing process. Our existing customers will be able to deploy the new content services faster and cheaper”.

Positioned within one of the fastest growing industries in the world Mobile Messenger is continually in touch with the latest technologies. By working in partnership with mobile marketers, service providers, application developers and content distributors they are able to remain at the forefront of this market.
