Billing - Utilizing premium rate billing via our direct connections with mobile network operators around the world, we are able to reach mobile subscribers and bill them for content through their mobile phone bills. Mobile Messenger is placed within the market place as a direct connection between our clients, the telecommunication providers and the end consumer. Analysis - As part of the Managed Partner service offered by Mobile Messenger we continually monitor and remain a part of our client’s products and services.
